(Wax) is around three years of age.. fleas have been a prominent issue in my househeld since I've moves in.. I've tried to get rid of the buffers for a long time. But to no avail .. now this is not the issue.. wax has had problems with worms for a while.. on an off issues .. most likely to the fleas.. now.. I hadn't treated the worms for awhile.. yet they've disappeared .. which scares me .. wax is my best friend an I love him more then life itself.. he's a gorgeous an outrageously smart black an white cat.. the black an white are in patches.. he's also fixed.. but no shots.. if somoone could please help me.. I'd appreciate it alot.. thank anyone regardless for even reading thia

Hi,

Yeah I agree, Pets are really a big gift to us. Personally I really enjoy dealing and living with my Dogs, life without them is really boring.

Ok regarding your cat's issue I highly recommend you to get it checked with a vet, because before prescribing any kind of drug for your cat you should know what kind of parasite does your cat have. Taking a fecal sample in is one the best ways to tell.

You need to dose for the correct parasite or the dewormers will only stress out the cat. Some young cats should not be dosed, their age and weight has to be taken into consideration.

Frontline, Advantage or Revolution work on fleas, one dose lasts 4 weeks. But again, the age and weight of the cat is important for the dosing so try to talk to a vet bout this issue.

Here is an article which is published by one of the VetArena members, you can find more info about most common cat worms :

Good Luck
